Her passion for sports broadcasting began in the year 2014 when she won the Miss Tennessee title. Attending college in Nashville, she competed for Miss America and was placed in the top ten out of 53 competitors. Being Miss Tennesse, she served as the governor’s Official Spokesperson for Character Education. There, she was privileged to travel over 80,000 miles and speak to over 50,000 schoolchildren about character and respect. Her career as Miss Tennessee included numerous spokesperson roles and TV appearances, which perfectly prepared Lewis for her career today.
On the 22nd of June 2014, she was named Miss Tennessee at the Carl Perkins Civic Center in Jackson, Tennessee. In a voice competition held in Times Square, her singing ensemble placed fourth in the world. Lewis is a supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network after receiving assistance from the organization when she was four years old due to a badly fractured arm.
