Metcalf appeared as Jackie Harris in Halloween IV, the seventh episode of Season 5 of Roseanne, also the 104th overall series episode. She is Roseanne’s three-year-old younger sister, Dan’s sister-in-law, and the loving and caring aunt of Becky, Darlene, D.J., and Jerry. During the 2018 Presidential Election, Luna Vargas hired Samantha Ruland, Theodore Peus, and Meg to ensure that Frankie Vargas did not win. Samantha collaborated with Theodore Peus to ensure Mellie’s victory in the Presidential election and election as President. She also approached Meg intending to murder Jennifer and Huck.

In season nine of Grey’s Anatomy episode Beautiful Doom, Perry portrayed Katy Noonan, a patient of Cristina Yang and Craig Thomas who was born with a complete vascular ring. She also appeared as Lisa Jacobs in the season two episode Equal and Opposite of Private Practice.
